Our food is best consumed within 2 hours of receiving order/upon pick up.
JINJJA Chicken is not liable for any problems caused by allergies, special dietary needs or consumption of the food beyond the recommended hours.
PRICES AND PAYMENT:
Prices on menu are subject to change without prior notice.
Full payment online is required upon ordering for deliveries and pick ups.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds will not be accepted.
Free delivery is only available for minimum spending of $60 and above.
Delivery is fulfilled by a third party company - LALAMOVE.
JINJJA Chicken is not liable for any delay or failure to provide the service as a result of any act or circumstance beyond the delivery company’s control.
Both JINJJA Chicken and LALAMOVE will endeavour our best to prepare and deliver within the stipulated time customers have indicated. We seek your kind understanding that during festive occasions or bad weather, some delay is to be expected.
We welcome all feedback. Any customer who is not satisfied with their orders can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide all relevant details within 24 hours upon receipt of food. We will do our best to address all concerns and issues.
